Former President John Mahama has not hidden his disagreement with the ruling of the Supreme Court against his application to reopening his case in the ongoing Presidential Election Petition hearing.
In a review application file on February 18, 2021, the 2020 Election Petitioner accused the apex court of delivering a judgment tainted with “fundamental errors of law including the ruling being per incuriam of constitutional provisions, statutes and previous decisions of the Supreme Court.”

He added that “among these errors… the court subordinates a provision in the Evidence Act to a rule in subsidiary legislation by the Rules of Court Committee.”

The application which is expected to be heard on Monday, February 22, 2021, has been attached for easy reference
